Welcome to this course on learning in projects and programmes.
This course is based on Terre des hommes' directive on Learning in projects and programmes. By following these four modules, you will acquire valuable knowledge on what learning is, why it is important, and how you can integrate it in your organisation's activities.
The training is divided as follows:
- The first module defines learning, its significance, and its role within the project cycle.
- The second module focuses on the learning process and learning activities to be implemented throughout a project cycle.
- The third module explores planning and managing for learning activities, and will teach you how to develop a learning plan.
- The fourth module presents the tools available for learning and explains which tool to use depending on the circumstances.
The first two modules contain basic information and are useful for anyone who wishes to know more about learning. The third and fourth modules are more advanced and relevant for MEAL Staff and managers, i.e. people who may be responsible for implementing learning activities in a project or programme.
Upon completing all four modules, you will receive a certificate of completion issued by LocalLink Hub.
